Benefits of cycling

  1. Just transported my Stromer 120 miles on the back of my pickup truck using the 9032! First of all I have to say it was very easy to install this thing on my hitch. Even easier to take off and store. ..literally right out of the box, nothing to put together! I'm a petite 5'1" so the ramp is the best part! The bike stayed secure through the whole trip. Because this awesome bike rack has a lever that tilts the whole rack toward the ground, I can easily pull down the tailgate of my truck for easy access while my bike stays secure. …with the double locks, I can leave the bike on the rack while making various pit stops when traveling. This is a genius rack and I'm SO thrilled with it!

  2. I love this product. The best part is the loading ramp ! No more lifting of heavy electric bikes that can strain the muscle.

  3. We purchased one of these yesterday from a dealer in connecticut, which the dealer installed into our 1 1/4 inch receiver for us. We loaded 2 ebikes onto it, and drove 140 miles back home. Today we are having problems. We cannot remove the bike rack from the receiver. the adjustment knob just free spins in one lock position, and in the other lock position the know does not move. The instructions from Thule are a joke. also the locks on the bike supports don't seem to actually lock either. Regardless of the position of the lock, the jaws will tighten and loosen.

  4. I purchased one and brought it back. Yes, it is easy to load the bike, but the rack only folds up like a clam shell and still sticks out from the car, making parking and backing up anywhere tight a real chore. That means I would have to take the bike rack on and off when I am not making bike trips. Kind of a hassle. Looking at ways to make my own bike ramp for a fold up close to the car bike rack.
